Maddalena Daboval

Hi I'm Maddalena, a legal assistant in a criminal law firm, currently undertaking the Bar Training Course at BPP University. I have spent the majority of my childhood between the United Kingdom and Italy before settling permanently in 2012. Since undertaking my GCSEs, I have been state school educated and the first generation in my family to attend university.

I have a particular interest in privacy and criminal law and intend to apply for pupillage in 2026. Away from law, I am an amateur chef and a confidant for my family when it comes to exploring new cuisines.

As a Lexstery Advocate, I am keen to play a role in demystifying pupillage applications and help guide students through the Bar Training Course.
